30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@vaqoren.comso we can review the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve your request quickly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or item is to return your original purchase.
Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
